NNIT has acquired the Danish company ChannelCRM to strengthen our CRM competencies and special industrial solutions based on the CRM framework – called xRM solutions.
ChannelCRM has through the past years implemented more than 300 CRM/xRM solutions with great success and has a unique position and competencies within this area.
At the same time, NNIT has experienced an increasing demand for both classic CRM solutions and for special developed solutions based on the CRM platform.
With the acquisition of ChannelCRM, NNIT will get a stronger tool for process optimisation for our customers and strengthen our overall ERP solutions.
The new CRM team will be a part of NNIT's ERP Solutions reporting to Corporate Vice President Sune Andersen.
