NNIT has been ISO-certified since 1997. Our quality management system complies with the requirements of DS/EN ISO 9001:2008. This certification covers the areas of consulting, development, technical management and service for IT systems and covers our adresses in Lyngby, Bagsværd, Søborg and Tianjin.
NNIT was the first Danish IT supplier to live up to the Danish Standard’s security standard, DS484. In 2008, NNIT was certified according to the DS484:2005 and ISO/IEC 27001:2005 standards for activities and processes that are necessary for internal information processing at NNIT and covers our adresses in Lyngby, Bagsværd and Søborg.
Improved work processes
We continually certify our employees in relation to ITIL Foundation, Practitioner and Manager certifications. ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) is a set of best-practice processes for optimising operation and support in all aspects of IT service.
These processes are used both internally and for external operation and support. With ITIL, we ensure uniform workflows and improved communication – which enables us to solve our own problems, and those of our customers, even faster.
